A new distinction celebrates the work of Auberge de la Croix-Blanche in Gingins. In its 2027 edition, Gault & Millau Switzerland has maintained our restaurant’s rating of 14 points. This recognition confirms the Auberge’s place among La Côte’s notable gastronomic destinations.
Gault & Millau Switzerland unveiled its 2027 selection on 5 October. This new edition features 870 restaurants across the country, including 84 new entries. Once again, Auberge de la Croix-Blanche in Gingins is among the selected establishments, retaining its 14 points.
Wonderful news for Cinzia and Enzo Buffarini and the entire Auberge team, whose work has once again been recognised this year.
Italian cuisine inspired by Enzo Buffarini’s roots
In the kitchen, Chef Enzo Buffarini creates cuisine deeply inspired by his Italian roots, and particularly by the culinary traditions of Rome. His cooking celebrates quality ingredients, flavours and Italian traditions, while also leaving room for creativity.
This 14-point rating recognises a philosophy cultivated every day in Gingins: offering authentic, generous Italian cuisine in a setting where hospitality and conviviality are essential.
For Cinzia and Enzo Buffarini, this distinction goes far beyond a simple rating: “It is much more than a score. It is recognition of our passion, our daily commitment and the authentic Italian cuisine that is so close to our hearts.”
A recognition shared with the entire team
Behind every dish, this recognition also belongs to all those who bring Auberge de la Croix-Blanche to life each day.
From the kitchen to the dining room, bar and hotel, every member of the team contributes to the experience offered to our guests. Cinzia and Enzo are proud to share this new distinction with the entire team.
Their gratitude also goes to the Auberge’s guests, both loyal regulars and those visiting for the first time, who help make this address in the heart of Gingins so special.
“A huge thank you to our loyal guests for your trust, your support and all the wonderful moments shared around our tables. None of this would be possible without you.”
