Come and join our kitchen brigade led by Chef Enzo Buffarini with over 30 years of experience in catering 5 star hotels. We are looking for a person who has professional experience in a kitchen brigade with several responsibilities.
Within our kitchen department and under the responsibility of the sous-chef, he will be in charge of:
- Realize the mise en place and the preparation of the food before the service
- Prepare, finish and dress dishes during the service
- Control the stocks of his part and transmit the orders to the Chef de cuisine
- Clear and clean his part as well as the work tools after each service
- Respect the rules of hygiene and food safety (HACCP)
- Make proposals for new dishes, ..
Necessary conditions:
- Experience in a gourmet restaurant is a plus
- Highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail
- Maximum education, courtesy, discretion and flexibility
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with colleagues
- Passionate about their work
- Cleanliness
- The respect of the rules
- In times of stress you remain calm and in control of the situation
- Knowledge of French and Italian language
- Diploma from a hotel or cooking school and/or a professional training certificate representing a real asset
- Hours: cut (noon and evening)
- Days off Monday and Tuesday
- Driver's license
