Come and join our kitchen brigade led by Chef Enzo Buffarini with over 30 years of experience in catering 5 star hotels. We are looking for a person who has professional experience in a kitchen brigade with several responsibilities.

Within our kitchen department and under the responsibility of the sous-chef, he will be in charge of:

  • Realize the mise en place and the preparation of the food before the service
  • Prepare, finish and dress dishes during the service
  • Control the stocks of his part and transmit the orders to the Chef de cuisine
  • Clear and clean his part as well as the work tools after each service
  • Respect the rules of hygiene and food safety (HACCP)
  • Make proposals for new dishes, ..

Necessary conditions:

  • Experience in a gourmet restaurant is a plus
  • Highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail
  • Maximum education, courtesy, discretion and flexibility
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills with colleagues
  • Passionate about their work
  • Cleanliness
  • The respect of the rules
  • In times of stress you remain calm and in control of the situation
  • Knowledge of French and Italian language
  • Diploma from a hotel or cooking school and/or a professional training certificate representing a real asset
  • Hours: cut (noon and evening)
  • Days off Monday and Tuesday
  • Driver's license
  • Salary to be defined
