MAIN TASKS
- Occupy a position in the washing tunnel
- Wash and maintain pots and kitchen utensils
- Carry out major cleaning in the kitchen (ovens, hoods, fridges, worktops) according to the HACCP standards in force
- Participate in the implementation during the arrival of goods
- Wash and prepare fruits and vegetables according to instructions
- Participate in setting up and serving meals
YOUR PROFILE
- Professional experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
- Know the HACCP hygiene standards
- You are disciplined, punctual and have a sense of responsibility.
- You adapt your work pace to the requirements of the service.
- You are organized, rigorous, flexible and know how to manage your stress.
- You have very good interpersonal and communication skills, and enjoy teamwork.
- You are fluent in French. Italian would be an asset.
