MAIN TASKS

  • Occupy a position in the washing tunnel
  • Wash and maintain pots and kitchen utensils
  • Carry out major cleaning in the kitchen (ovens, hoods, fridges, worktops) according to the HACCP standards in force
  • Participate in the implementation during the arrival of goods
  • Wash and prepare fruits and vegetables according to instructions
  • Participate in setting up and serving meals

YOUR PROFILE

  • Professional experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
  • Know the HACCP hygiene standards
  • You are disciplined, punctual and have a sense of responsibility.
  • You adapt your work pace to the requirements of the service.
  • You are organized, rigorous, flexible and know how to manage your stress.
  • You have very good interpersonal and communication skills, and enjoy teamwork.
  • You are fluent in French. Italian would be an asset.
