MAIN TASKS
- Prepare the room and the tables for the service
- Greet customers with courtesy and hospitality, accompany them to the table
- Present the menu and the wine list, suggest and advise dishes and drinks
- Take orders and send them to the kitchen
- Serve plates and drinks as they should be
- Present the bill and manage the payment of drinks
- Clear the tables, tidy up and clean the room at the end of the service
- Compliance with hygiene guidelines
YOUR PROFILE
- With a diploma in service (CFC or equivalent), you have a successful experience in a similar position with both local and international customers.
- Experienced professional you master the techniques of service in the dining room and at the bar
- You are smiling
- Welcoming, you listen to the customer and your work organization allows you to provide quality service,
- You are disciplined, punctual and have a sense of responsibility.
- You adapt your work pace to the requirements of the service.
- You are organized, rigorous, flexible and know how to manage your stress.
- You have very good interpersonal and communication skills, and enjoy teamwork.
- You are fluent in French. Italian would be an asset.
- Person able to work independently
