MAIN TASKS

  • Prepare the room and the tables for the service
  • Greet customers with courtesy and hospitality, accompany them to the table
  • Present the menu and the wine list, suggest and advise dishes and drinks
  • Take orders and send them to the kitchen
  • Serve plates and drinks as they should be
  • Present the bill and manage the payment of drinks
  • Clear the tables, tidy up and clean the room at the end of the service
  • Compliance with hygiene guidelines

YOUR PROFILE

  • With a diploma in service (CFC or equivalent), you have a successful experience in a similar position with both local and international customers.
  • Experienced professional you master the techniques of service in the dining room and at the bar
  • You are smiling
  • Welcoming, you listen to the customer and your work organization allows you to provide quality service,
  • You are disciplined, punctual and have a sense of responsibility.
  • You adapt your work pace to the requirements of the service.
  • You are organized, rigorous, flexible and know how to manage your stress.
  • You have very good interpersonal and communication skills, and enjoy teamwork.
  • You are fluent in French. Italian would be an asset. 
  • Person able to work independently
