A few days after receiving the excellent score of 14/20 from Gault & Millau, the Auberge de la Croix-Blanche continues its momentum by joining the official selection of the Michelin Guide.

It is a fine recognition for the Auberge de la Croix-Blanche: the establishment has just been included in the official Michelin Guide selection. This distinction celebrates the quality of its contemporary Italian cuisine, its authenticity, and the warm welcome offered by the team.

“Their Italian cuisine, both flavorful and precise, is based on fresh, high-quality products. On the menu, great classics sit alongside a four-course surprise menu. Special mention goes to a perfectly executed vitello tonnato,” comments the Michelin Guide.

Under the leadership of Chef Enzo Buffarini and Cinzia Saccani, the Auberge has established itself since its reopening in 2021 as a sincere and elegant table, where the product remains king. Finely reinterpreted Italian recipes, precise cooking, a demanding wine list, and a convivial atmosphere all come together to make this address a place where gastronomy goes hand in hand with generosity.
